So what is Character?

Character is revealed by what a person does when no one is watching.

Good Character is the inward motivation to do what is right according to the highest standards of behavior.

Through monthly employee meetings and the distribution of Character Bulletins, we communicate to our employees the importance of Character, and encourage them to develop positive character qualities at work and at home.  Right, Todd Delozier, District Manager presents a Character recognition certificate to Cecil Mowery.

Provident holds all-employee meetings every 6 weeks in order to positively recognize employees, promote character in the workplace and share company information.

Meetings are held at various locations and times so all employees have an opportunity to attend.

All Provident employees are recognized on their anniversary for one or more of the 49 Character Qualities they have demonstrated.
